01 Reading and sharing
Read the pages, print one for a trip folder, send a link to a friend: all welcome for private use. Mass copying, scraping by script, or traffic that drags the server down are refused.
02 Who may use it
Ontario readers need to have reached 19, the province's age of majority. Elsewhere the floor is 18, rising to 21 in places whose rules demand it.
03 Publisher and property
Bragg Gaming Group Inc. runs this website. It has no ownership stake in Caesars Windsor and no role in operating it; its only income tied to the resort is affiliate commission, paid when somebody reserves a room via a tracked link here. Opinions about Caesars Windsor are ours alone and should not be read as the resort speaking.

Room tariffs, resort or amenity charges, room categories and venue hours belong to the hotel, which may alter them at any moment. Any booking ties you to the hotel, or to the platform, never to us; their pricing, availability, service standards and policies, and the content of any external page we link to, fall outside our responsibility.

The writing, design and graphics of etherealdunk.com are the property of Bragg Gaming Group Inc. unless marked otherwise. Hotel and brand names remain with whoever holds them; they are used only to point to the right building.
06 Subject matter of Etherealdunk
Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling. Etherealdunk holds to that line on every page.
07 Limits
Information is checked with care but supplied without guarantee. So far as the law permits, Bragg Gaming Group Inc. is not answerable for losses traced to relying on it.
08 Applicable law
Ontario law, together with the Canadian federal law in force in Ontario, governs these terms. Any non-waivable consumer rights available where you live continue to apply.
