01 Controller
Personal information gathered on etherealdunk.com is controlled by Bragg Gaming Group Inc., Toronto, Ontario. Data-protection mailbox: privacy@etherealdunk.com.
02 Information we gather
- Your IP address, plus the rough city or region it suggests.
- Browser user-agent details: software, version and device class.
- Page-to-page paths and outbound clicks, recorded only after analytics is allowed.
- Whatever a letter to us contains: a name, a reply address, the text.
- The answer given in the cookie panel, kept in your own browser storage.
03 Purposes
Serving pages and fending off abuse; pooled audience counting (analytics, consent required); attribution of reservations to referral partners (marketing, consent required); replying to correspondence. Consent-based processing ends whenever you reopen Manage cookies and switch it off.
05 Retention
Raw access logs: ninety days at most. Pooled audience figures: no longer than twenty-six months. Letters: for the life of the exchange, then two more years at the outside. The cookie answer: one year, after which the panel asks afresh.
06 Canada: PIPEDA
Under federal law you may ask for the file we keep about you, have errors fixed and pull back consent, within the limits the statute sets. An unresolved concern can be taken to the federal Privacy Commissioner's office in Ottawa.
07 European Union and United Kingdom: GDPR
Readers there can see their data, fix it, have it deleted, narrow or contest its use, take it elsewhere in a portable file and revoke consent. Each country's data-protection regulator also accepts complaints.
08 California: CCPA and CPRA
Californians are entitled to know the categories of personal information gathered and the reasons, to request erasure or correction, and to opt out of its sale and of its sharing for behavioural advertising across contexts (cross-context behavioural advertising, in the statute's words). Browsers sending Global Privacy Control are treated as having refused, with no further step. Exercising a right costs you nothing and alters nothing about the pages you see.
09 Young people
These pages address adults: 19 and up in Ontario, 18 and up in most other places, 21 where required. If a younger person has sent us information, write in and it will be erased.
