Where to write

Email hello@etherealdunk.com. It is read by the same people who write the entries, and most messages get a reply within a few working days. Longer research questions take longer.

What we can help with

• Factual corrections to any entry — please say which property and which sentence.
• A reasoned case that the order is wrong. Arguments are read; demands are not.
• Questions about how the ranking is compiled or what the four criteria mean in practice.
• Requests from a hotel to update the description of its own building.

What we cannot do

We do not take reservations, hold rooms, quote rates, process payments, resolve billing disputes or intervene with a hotel on a guest's behalf. There is no booking system on this site and no commercial relationship with any property listed. For anything to do with an actual stay, contact the hotel or the platform you booked through.

We also cannot help with gambling of any kind — accounts, winnings, losses, self-exclusion or disputes with a gaming floor. Nothing of that sort is operated, hosted or brokered here. If gambling has become a problem, a support service in your country will be far more use than this inbox.

Paid placement, sponsored entries, link exchanges and guest posts are declined. Messages offering them are not answered.

Press and permissions

Quoting a sentence or two with a link back is fine and needs no permission. For anything larger, write first and say what you have in mind.
